Bio
Corey Quinton joined Thomas Braun Bernard & Burke, LLP in 2024 after practicing for 29 years in Fargo, North Dakota. Corey has focused on litigation throughout his career, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. That experience has allowed him to hone a comprehensive knowledge of the law and develop the practical experience and judgment that he utilizes to reach the best results for his clients. His practice has focused on construction law issues in recent years; however, over his career, he has litigated bodily injury and defective product claims, handled insurance coverage disputes, and defended political subdivisions in various types of matters.
Corey is originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to practice in his hometown. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 from Northern State University and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1995 from the University of North Dakota. Corey graduated law school with honors and over his almost three-decade career has been recognized by his peers as an AV-rated attorney and has been rated a Super Lawyer numerous times by the North Dakota and Minnesota bar associations.
