Greg Bernard
Bio
Greg Bernard is a founding partner of Thomas Braun Bernard, and Burke, LLP. Greg’s thorough knowledge of the law and keen ability to find the best legal solution for his clients sets him apart. Much of Greg’s practice is focused on defending doctors and other professionals. However, he also handles other types of litigation—including business disputes, property disagreements, and estate matters—and assists clients with forming businesses, entering into purchase agreements/contracts, real estate issues, and estate planning.
Greg hails from Jefferson, South Dakota. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1996, both from the University of South Dakota. After graduating law school in the top 10% of his class as a member of the Thomas Sterling Honor Society, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew Bogue, a Federal District Court Judge in South Dakota, from 1996 to 1998.
